About us
Solutus is a market leading platform providing bespoke solutions for real estate lenders. Solutus was founded in 2010 with a staff of three and has grown to over 25 employees in four offices in the UK, France and Germany. The firm has significant experience in managing complex transactions across real estate asset classes throughout Europe. We add-value throughout the life cycle of a loan and focus on building long-term and trusting relationships with our clients.
